2 Do I need an appointment ?

No, However it is always a good idea to call or check ahead of time where we are at and what type of service(s) you're looking for.
Sometimes we are 2 weeks or 10 days out periodically during the season.
It is a good idea to get "in line" and "hold" your place.

No, Again, it is always a good idea to call or check ahead of time where we are at. It is a good idea to get "in line" and "hold" your place.

4 I bought 2 brand new tires elsewhere, will you mount & balance them for me ?
​
Yes! Suter's will mount & balance tires purchased somewhere else.
Please check with your supplier 1st, some suppliers DO NOT allow this practice as it may NULL & VOID your "brand new" tire warranty. See below for more information.
Buyer beware.

5 It's just a tire change, Do I need an appointment ?

No, Again, it is always a good idea to call or check ahead of time where we are at.

6 Do you have WiFi for your customers use ?
​
No, we do not provide an open internet connection for customer use. However if you need to send an email or browse the web for something just ask and we may be able to assit you.

7 How long will it take to do an oil change ?
​
Approximately 30-45 minutes for most A. T. V.'s, Quad's Dirt & Street Bikes.

8 How long will it take to change my tire ?
​
Approximately 30-45 minutes each for most wheels removed from the A. T. V. or bike.

9 How much does it cost if I bring the wheel in off the bike ?
​
$34 for most bikes with the tires purchased here. $45 for most bikes with tires purchased elsewhere.
NOTE: *Some models will have an extra charge, such as LARGER touring bikes.

10 How much does it cost to change tires if both wheels are on the bike ?
​
Depends on the bike*, approximately 1 hour each tire/wheel x2, that's just $136 tires purchased here.
Tires purchased elsewhere is $180.00 for both tires/wheels.

12 My bike is not starting, Can you pick it up for service ?
​
Yes!
Suter's offers pick-up and delivery as well, it's just $68 bucks each way.
